Hey there! Are YOU a new coach? An aspiring coach? An I-want-to-be-a-coach-by Christmas-Coach?

If this is you, then I want you to look at this screen shot from a group I’m in.

This ‘coach’ (who isn’t formally trained – his own admission) has had to …

YES! That’s 40 hours! Of coaching he already delivered to his client.

Because the coaching relationship failed. I know that I go on about this but, come on guys, it’s the basics. 98% of coaching relationships fail because they did not set up a contract at the start.

This guy doesn’t have a leg to stand on and now has to go up against the mighty Stripe to fight his corner.

Coaching contracts are the basics. They should cover (but aren’t limited to):

• Expectations of both parties

• Objectives

• What coaching is, and is not.

• Client and coaching boundaries

• Office hours

• Session details

• Payment terms

• Refund policies

Imagine if YOU had to pay back 40 hours of coaching! That’s more than a full week’s work! Could you afford to do that? And what about the potential professional damage?

Be professional.

Be a brilliant coach.

Stick with me and I’ll show you how to run an online coaching business with integrity, passion and a solid foundation of good business practice.

Get your contracts and client documents sorted TODAY and you’ll be well on your way to being a Beautiful Coach.
